When your money ties the lose ends of someone else’s life…

This project is the cord of friendship that bonds you with a fellow human being not as fortunate as you. We appeal to you to extend your hand of friendship to a Person with Hemophilia (PWH) and help him draw strength from this association.

Employees contribute voluntarily a chosen amount on a monthly basis through their salaries. The monthly deduction reminds donors of their contribution to the welfare of the less fortunate and generates the feelings of self-esteem and empathy.

Mode of Operation:

	An appeal is circulated to all the employees of the organization, after a brief introduction to our cause (in the form of a presentation or circular as the organization desires).
	A copy of the filled up forms along with list is handed over to the HR and Finance sections, for effecting monthly deductions from salaries of those who have agreed to contribute.
	A consolidated Cheque is then issued in the name of Hemophilia Federation(India) and sent by post.
	Once the first cycle is complete it becomes a routine.
	All participating employees will be issued a tax exemption certificate for the amount contributed by them, under section 80G of Income tax Act,1961, at the end of the financial year.
	Participation is voluntary, any employee who wishes to disassociate may do so by intimating in writing to the relevant Section with a copy to us.
